The challenge
Understanding the working problem before claiming the answer
The previous website had been created several years earlier for a much simpler set of needs. Over time, its WordPress implementation became slower to update and harder to extend, while its dated structure limited design flexibility, mobile presentation and the technical foundations needed for stronger search visibility.
The charity needed a clearer, more maintainable digital home that could explain its work and make important supporter journeys easier to follow without creating another system that would quickly become difficult to change.
