These terms explain the basic conditions that apply when you use this website or rely on public information published by Ch3rry Pi3 Ltd.
Use of this website
This website is provided by Ch3rry Pi3 Ltd for general information about our software, data, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and integrations consultancy services.
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or use the website in a way that breaches applicable law.
Information on this website
The content on this website is provided for general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial, security, or technical advice tailored to your organisation.
We aim to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, error-free, or suitable for your specific circumstances.
Consultancy engagements
This website does not take payment or conclude a paid services contract. Any paid service is offered and agreed separately through written booking information, a proposal, statement of work, order form or other agreement that the customer can retain.
Any consultancy services, project work, workshops, retainers, or deliverables provided by Ch3rry Pi3 Ltd will be governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, proposal, or order form.
Nothing on this website creates a client relationship, commitment to provide services, or binding offer unless agreed separately in writing.
Consultations and project-fee credit
The initial consultation lasts for up to 30 minutes and is free. It may include initial fact-finding, a high-level review and a high-level feasibility discussion. A written report is included; its scope and depth will reflect the information available and what can reasonably be established during the session.
Where a deeper review is appropriate, we may offer a 60-minute Data Discovery session for £100. This fee is payable upfront. We explain any applicable cancellation and refund rights, and when the commissioned work will begin, before booking.
If you subsequently commission the related project from Ch3rry Pi3 Ltd, the full £100 Data Discovery fee will be deducted from the agreed project fee. For example, after paying £100 for Data Discovery, £1,900 would remain payable against an agreed £2,000 project fee. The project scope, total fee and credit will be confirmed in writing.
Prices for project delivery, structured reviews, ongoing support and all other services are supplied on request. Any estimate or approximate quote is provided at our discretion, is based on the information then available and is not binding unless confirmed in a separate written agreement. A conversation may be required before we can provide a useful approximation.
We send the written report from the free initial consultation within three calendar days of the consultation. For ongoing projects, our public communication target is a same-calendar-day acknowledgement of emails, including evening and weekend messages. Where possible, we will also request useful information to begin troubleshooting. Project-specific delivery dates, working hours, dependencies and escalation arrangements are confirmed separately in writing.
The consultation and report do not themselves create a commitment to undertake a project. Any project work remains subject to a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work or order form.
Project delivery and payment structure
Before implementation begins, the project scope, deliverables, total price, expected timeframe and payment schedule will be confirmed in writing for the customer's approval. The customer is under no obligation to proceed following a consultation or Data Discovery.
Where weekly instalments are agreed, they are scheduled payments against the agreed total project price rather than an open-ended weekly consultancy charge. A delay in delivering the original agreed scope does not, by itself, increase that total price.
If requested work falls outside the agreed scope, we will explain the proposed effect on price and timeframe and seek written approval before carrying out additional chargeable work.
Project-specific terms, including cancellation arrangements, are provided with the written proposal before Project Delivery begins.
Cancellation and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms removes or restricts any cancellation, refund or other statutory rights that apply to a customer.
Where a customer contracts as a consumer and the rules for a distance or off-premises service contract apply, the customer will normally have a 14-day cancellation period beginning on the day after the service contract is made. Before the customer is bound, we will provide the applicable pre-contract information, cancellation instructions and any required cancellation form in a form the customer can retain.
If an eligible consumer expressly asks us to begin a service during that cancellation period and then cancels before it is complete, the customer may be required to pay a reasonable amount proportionate to the service actually supplied up to cancellation. A statutory cancellation right will be treated as lost following full performance only where the law permits and the required express request and acknowledgement have been obtained.
For other early cancellations, any amount retained or charged will be limited to sums properly due for services already supplied, agreed non-cancellable third-party costs and direct losses reasonably incurred after taking reasonable steps to reduce those losses. Cancellation does not automatically make the entire remaining project balance or the next scheduled instalment payable.
Project-specific cancellation terms may provide further detail, but they will not reduce any mandatory statutory rights. Cancellation should be given in writing using the contact details in the relevant booking or project documents.

An update to these website terms does not alter an existing customer agreement unless the change is separately agreed or otherwise permitted by that agreement and applicable law.
