The session can be a thorough initial review where the question is already clear, or a focused fact-finding conversation where it is not. Detailed technical investigation, workflow mapping and implementation planning sit outside this free stage.

Receive your written report
We send it within three calendar days. Its depth reflects the complexity of the request and what the session can reasonably establish.
If more depth would help
Data Discovery
Detailed project assessment and scoping in a 60-minute working session for £100, paid upfront.
This can examine workflows, data sources, systems, constraints and unanswered questions more closely. You receive a written Discovery Summary based on what can reasonably be established during the session. If the related project proceeds, the full £100 is deducted from its agreed price. Any applicable cancellation and refund rights are explained before booking.
