A transparent route
Know what is free, what costs £100 and when project charges begin
There is no obligation to continue after either consultation stage. Bespoke delivery begins only after you approve the written scope and price.
Data Discovery
A one-hour detailed assessment and scoping session with a written Discovery Summary. The full fee is credited if the related project proceeds.
Project Delivery
Scope, deliverables, total price, timeframe and payment schedule are agreed in writing before implementation begins.
From enquiry to recommendation
Start with the problem, then involve the right people.
You do not need to diagnose the technology or choose who should attend. We coordinate that around the request.
For ongoing projects, email is the best route when something is not working correctly. Our target is a same-calendar-day acknowledgement, including for evening and weekend messages. If possible, we will also request the useful information needed to begin troubleshooting. Delivery dates, meeting cadence and escalation routes are agreed for the individual engagement.

The free consultation gives us up to 30 minutes for initial fact-finding and a high-level feasibility review.

We deliver the initial written report within three calendar days, with its depth reflecting the complexity of the request.
After the first report
Choose the level of help that makes sense
Keep the free report, book the £100 Data Discovery session, request an optional independent review, commission delivery or ask about formal ongoing support. There is no requirement to continue with us.
