An agreed project, not an open-ended weekly bill
Bespoke implementation is quoted for the work. You approve the scope, total price and payment schedule before delivery begins, with no obligation to proceed after Discovery.
One defined project price
The scope, deliverables and total price are agreed in writing before implementation begins.
Predictable instalments
Where appropriate, weekly instalments spread the agreed balance across the expected delivery period. They are not an open-ended weekly charge.
Approval before extra work
If a request falls outside the agreed scope, we explain the effect on cost and timing and obtain approval before carrying out chargeable work.

The free written report is yours whether or not we work together. If deeper discovery or delivery would help, the next engagement remains proportionate to the problem.
Data Discovery
A one-hour working session can examine the workflow, data, systems and constraints more closely, followed by a written Discovery Summary.
Build and deliver
We agree the scope, deliverables, total price, expected timeframe and payment schedule in writing before implementation begins.
Ongoing support and technical partnership
A formal ongoing service for maintenance, advice, monitoring and experienced technical leadership, with email acknowledgement targeted for the same calendar day.

The initial consultation is free and the optional 60-minute follow-up is £100. Project delivery, structured reviews and ongoing support are priced on request because the right scope can vary substantially.
