You do not need a technical brief or even know which service you need. Explain the problem in your own words and we will use the session for a high-level review, initial fact-finding or a useful discussion of feasibility. You will also receive a written report.

This direct-email approach means the message comes from your own address. We use your details only to respond to the enquiry and manage any resulting business relationship.
Scheduling preferences
Give us a few suitable windows.
Morning, afternoon or evening—tell us what tends to suit you and we will propose a specific date and time.
Weekend preferences are welcome too. Selecting several suitable windows gives us the best chance of arranging something quickly.
Lucy coordinates initial enquiries and works closely with Roger when a request needs deeper technical input. You do not need to decide who should attend.
If you already know exactly what you need, describe it briefly. We may be able to provide an approximate quote without a full discovery conversation, although this remains at our discretion.
